Applications of BOPP Films

BOPP or Biaxially Oriented PolyPropylene is one of the favorite material to make packaging films, lamination films etc. Overall, BOPP films are ideal choice for packing and sealing of food items. Here, grade F1 films are used. The standard BOPP films are commonly used in lamination, printing and a host of electrical applications. Also, used to cover text books, these films have various other applications that are listed below:

These are made via the cross direction technique, which means that the films are stretched manually as well as mechanically. Available in different colors, the white & opaque colored BOPP tapes are used in the following general applications:
